We have four properties, two which are two bedroom back to back terraces, one three bedroom end terrace with rear garden and one larger three bedroom home with front and rear gardens.
All of our properties are unfurnished, allowing you to put your own stamp on your home. We typically offer tenancies for an initial 6 month contract, which can then be renewed on a bespoke basis to suit your needs. All properties are offered to non-smokers only, and any pets can only be accommodated at our discretion. Rent doesn’t include bills, which allows you to choose your own service provider.
At the start of each tenancy, all properties are offered with a comprehensive inventory, including photographs and state of condition of all appliances, which allows for a quick and easy exit inspection at the end of each tenancy.
All properties have annual gas checks and regular electrical checks.
